charmed by the stay

smooth check-in wide choice comfortable bed efficient service
the staff was attentive. the breakfast had a wide choice the smoked haddock was delicious the sourdough toast was a nice touch. i found a comfortable bed in my room feather pillows added to the experience it felt luxurious. the restaurant staff were very friendly they provided efficient service
i noticed that the fire wasn't lit in the bar it felt a bit chilly this was a bit disappointing given the season i expected a warmer atmosphere.

the room included a desk and a cupboard with shelves the ensuite was convenient it was a pleasant space for a business traveler the air conditioning worked well maintaining a comfortable temperature.

Fantastic Hotel with Really good Service

large car park good breakfast professional staff
I appreciated the large car park available at the hotel it made arrival very easy. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety available each morning. Staff provided an excellent level of service throughout my stay I found them helpful and professional.
I did notice that the room I stayed in could use some updating it felt a little dated.

My room included bath robes, offering an extra level of luxury and comfort for all guests. The windows opened allowing fresh air, while still maintaining very effective sound insulation from the exterior. There was also a nice view of the river.

The staff were amazing . They were eager to assist with my requests. the breakfast buffet offered many options, including fresh fruit and pastries. my superior queen room, was clean and spacious. It had a lovely view of the nearby area.
